We design and manufacture your project-specific test fixture based on an established interface:

  • Preparation of the test fixture manufacturing documents
  • Integration of any additional hardware components inside the fixture (programming devices, interfaces, relays, boundary scan)
  • Preparation of the test fixture by our partner companies ATX and Hatec

Test Software

We create the test software for your application:

  • Analysis of test problems and identifying appropriate test solutions
  • Programming and debugging of the functional test program with NI LabVIEW
  • Integration of programming devices
  • Verification of tests in our LabVIEW program framework for the automatic test sequence
  • For larger applications possible involvement of NI TestStand for the automatic test sequence
  • Development or installing printer communication and logging systems

The eloZ1 Manufacturing Defects Analyzer is an in-circuit tester of the very latest generation, reliably detecting connection and assembly faults on printed circuit board assemblies. The eloZ1 can be integrated into table systems as well as into inline-systems.

The eloZ1 has a modular structure. Stimuli units and switchgear units are designed as plug-in modules. There are different types of containers, which differ in the number of slots and the number of controllers. This modular structure makes it possible to adapt the equipment of the test system of the respective test task.
